Trio of Services Fee: ($1,000 for all 3 Services)
Wedding planner & director, DJ & audio and Bartender
Wedding Planning and Wedding Director

Initial video consultation to discuss ceremony vision, reception style, vendors and planning spreadsheet.

Prepare shared Google sheets file with recommended timelines, decor & menu options, outdoor & indoor ceremony layouts and reception layout based on guest count.

Recommend photographers, florists, hair & make-up artists, officiants, ceremony musicians, transportation, overnight accommodations and rentals, as needed.

Second video consulation for final planning document review 3-4 weeks prior to wedding: couple required to have final guest count, approved timeline, special song selections, final layout approvals, final menu selections, decor selected, officiant and ceremony music.

Day of Wedding Director to ensure your vision comes to life on your wedding day, manage timeline, greet guests and coordinate vendors, line up wedding party and handle any last minute details.
DJ Services

DJ, Bose audio system and lighting services

Announce wedding party entrance

Announce couple and first dance

Announce special dances (father/bride, mother/groom, etc)

Play special song selection prequested by couple

Manage music playlists appropriate to ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and dancing
